Self Care

Self-care can help kids of all ages become more aware of their physical and emotional needs. It can also prepare them to handle future stressors. Even tiny acts of self-care can decrease stress, improve friendships and relationships, and promote wellness of the body and mind. Over spring break, I encourage students and parents to complete this checklist for self-care to help prepare for the months ahead. Enjoy the sunshine everyone!
